Board Duo: Chess & Checkers ("the app") is a chess and checkers game for two players on one device or against the computer, with chess puzzles. The games themselves work offline, with no account of ours and no analytics. The Android version shows ads from Google AdMob and can sign you in to Google Play Games; both are described below. The iOS app and the browser version contain no ads and collect no data.
Game settings (board theme, piece style, language, sound), your rating, points, level, achievements and statistics are stored only locally on your device and are never sent to us.
The Android version shows full-screen ads between games, provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads. We do not receive this data and do not use it for any other purpose. Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), you are asked for consent before any ads are requested, and you can change your choice at any time under "Ad privacy choices" in Settings. The Android version can sign you in to Google Play Games Services, automatically if you are already signed in to it on your device. When you are signed in, your achievements and leaderboard scores are sent to Google, which processes them under Google's Privacy Policy, together with your Play Games profile (player name, avatar and player ID) that Google shows on leaderboards. We do not receive your e-mail address or other personal data. If you do not want this, you can sign out of Google Play Games in its settings; the games work without it.
The Android version uses internet access (to load ads and for Play Games) and the advertising ID permission. The games do not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Board Duo: шахматы и шашки («приложение») — игра в шахматы и шашки для двух игроков на одном устройстве или против компьютера, с шахматными задачами. Сами игры работают офлайн, без наших учётных записей и без аналитики. В Android-версии показывается реклама Google AdMob и можно войти в Google Play Игры, об этом ниже. В приложении для iOS и в версии для браузера рекламы нет, данные не собираются.
Настройки игры (тема доски, стиль фигур, язык, звук), рейтинг, очки, уровень, достижения и статистика хранятся только на вашем устройстве и нам не передаются.
В Android-версии между партиями показывается полноэкранная реклама Google AdMob. Чтобы показывать рекламу и оценивать её эффективность, Google и его партнёры могут собирать и обрабатывать такие данные, как рекламный идентификатор устройства, IP-адрес, сведения об устройстве и приложении и действия с объявлениями. Мы не получаем эти данные и не используем их для других целей. Там, где этого требует закон (например, в Европейской экономической зоне и Великобритании), перед запросом рекламы мы спрашиваем согласие, а изменить выбор можно в любой момент: пункт «Настройки рекламы» в настройках приложения. В Android-версии можно войти в сервисы Google Play Игры, автоматически, если вы уже вошли в них на устройстве. После входа ваши достижения и результаты в таблицах лидеров отправляются в Google, который обрабатывает их по Политике конфиденциальности Google вместе с вашим профилем Play Игр (имя игрока, аватар и идентификатор игрока), который Google показывает в таблицах лидеров. Мы не получаем ваш адрес электронной почты и другие личные данные. Если вы этого не хотите, выйдите из Google Play Игр в его настройках, игры работают и без этого.
Android-версия использует доступ в интернет (для загрузки рекламы и для Play Игр) и разрешение на рекламный идентификатор. Игры не используют геолокацию, контакты, камеру, микрофон и файлы.
Приложение не предназначено для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем личную информацию о них.
