Learn English for Kids: Words — Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms apply to the app Learn English for Kids: Words ("Kids English", "the app"), published by Kirill Kuptsov (Qira Studio), Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, as allowed by the rules of the store you got it from (App Store or Google Play). You may not copy, resell, modify or reverse-engineer the app or its content (pictures, audio, texts), except where the law allows it.

2. Free content and the optional purchase

The app is free to download and a large part of it is free to use without limits. One optional in-app purchase, "Unlock all topics", opens the remaining topics.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us; we never receive your payment details. Refund requests are handled by the store under its refund policy: for the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play through your order history. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including statutory withdrawal and guarantee rights in the European Union.

4. Privacy

The app collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes to the app

We may update the app, add or change topics and games, or stop distributing it. Content you have unlocked stays available in the versions of the app you have installed.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is an educational aid provided "as is". We do our best to keep the content correct, but we do not promise that it is free of mistakes or that it will produce particular learning results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Apple-specific terms

If you got the app from the App Store, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Learn English for Kids: Words — Términos de uso
