Tennis 3D: Career & Referee (formerly Tennis 3D: Racket Road) has no accounts and we do not run our own servers: we do not collect, store, share or sell your personal data ourselves. The Android version (from 1.0.6) shows ads and offers optional in-app purchases through Google services described below. The iOS version has no ads and no purchases.

• On your device only: your career progress, settings (graphics level, language, screen orientation), the list of purchased packs and a small diagnostics file are saved on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.
• Ads (Android): the game uses Google AdMob to show optional reward videos (the player chooses to watch one for gems, energy or a doubled prize) and an occasional full-screen ad at a break between matches. Google may collect and use device identifiers (including the Android advertising ID), IP address, approximate location and ad interaction data to serve, measure and, with your consent, personalise ads. • Consent: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for consent through Google's consent form before any ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Purchases and ads > Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID in your Android settings.
• In-app purchases (Android): payments are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details; Google tells the game only which pack was bought so it can be delivered and restored. The "Remove ads" and "Pro Career" packs turn off the ads between matches.
• Google Play Games: if you sign in, achievements and leaderboards are handled by Google under Google's privacy policy.
• Permissions: internet access (ads, purchases, Play Games). The game reads the device's thermal status to lower the picture quality when the phone gets hot.
• Children: the game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Версия для Android (с 1.0.6) показывает рекламу и предлагает необязательные покупки через сервисы Google, описанные ниже. В версии для iOS рекламы и покупок нет.

• Игра не предназначена для детей младше 13 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные.

Tennis 3D: Career & Referee (antes Tennis 3D: Racket Road) no tiene cuentas ni servidores propios: nosotros no recopilamos, almacenamos, compartimos ni vendemos tus datos personales. La versión de Android (desde la 1.0.6) muestra anuncios y ofrece compras opcionales mediante los servicios de Google descritos abajo. La versión de iOS no tiene anuncios ni compras.

• El progreso, los ajustes, la lista de packs comprados y un pequeño archivo de diagnóstico se guardan solo en tu teléfono. Al desinstalar la app se eliminan.
• Anuncios (Android): Google AdMob muestra vídeos con recompensa (solo si el jugador quiere) y, de vez en cuando, un anuncio a pantalla completa en una pausa entre partidos. Google puede recopilar identificadores del dispositivo (incluido el ID de publicidad de Android), la dirección IP, la ubicación aproximada y datos de interacción para mostrar, medir y, con tu consentimiento, personalizar anuncios.
